With a degree in Management and Marketing, I spent 7 years in the French food industry as a Product Manager. In 2021, I wanted to give a new impetus to my career by launching myself into recruitment, a field that I had been interested in for years. After a year recruiting for a Non profit, I had the pleasure to join Fauve as a Talent Acquisition Strategist.
Intuition, perseverance, listening and resilience are all qualities that allow me to blossom in my new position, and to be relevant in understanding the client’s needs and finding the ideal candidate.
