We have put in place diversity and inclusion training for employees, an action plan outlining our organizational commitment to diversity and are committed to diversifying our recruitment sources.
We consider diversity criteria in our hiring processes and make sure to include a range of applicants, including people of different gender, race, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation and other characteristics.
We believe in a true partnership with our clients. As such, we are committed to educating them about EDI. We also ensure that our clients adhere to the fundamental principles of EDI.
We are prepared to refuse partnership if a client does not adhere to the EDI clause.
